Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 6-9 business days after your order ships.

Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $70 ship free.

Holiday orders: Carriers get busy in December. For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email us at hello@comfypicked.com and we'll help right away.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
