Refund policy

30-day returns: We want you to love your order. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Email us at hello@comfypicked.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Condition: Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
